My students need a clean classroom, as many have environmental allergies/asthma. The Clorox wipes and soap help with this. They are constantly doing projects, and the colored paper, markers, and glue are all so useful!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students attend the largest public school in NYC. It is a Title 1 school with large classes of high-need, predominantly ESL students. It can be a hardship for their families to provide them with all the classroom supplies that they need over the course of the year. I also want to make sure that they are healthy, as I have recently had students who were chronically absent due to health issues.
Please help provide my students with the basic classroom supplies they need for a successful and healthy year in the 1st grade!
My Project

We love projects in the 1st grade!
Markers, colored copy paper, glue sticks, and tape to hang up student work are all important to help the students enjoy their time in school! We go through supplies very quickly in my class, and this year I have a full roster of 32 students about to begin 1st grade. This means that the children in my class will need more supplies than usual!
