We have the resources of a large district with the hands-on approach of hometown schools. With 29 schools serving the communities of Blue Grass, Buffalo, Davenport, and Walcott, our district is resource-rich, blending student and family support programs with a wide range of curriculum to create a customized learning environment for all students. We have high expectations, low class sizes, and a caring learning environment.

The Davenport Schools offer an array of distinctive programs that set us apart from others including:
  • The Creative Arts Academy offers arts-integrated curriculum that prepares students for career pathways in the arts
  • An accelerated Associates Degree program allows students to earn a college degree while completing high school
  • The Inspire Academy provides career-specific education and training in Advanced Manufacturing, Business/Finance, Engineering, Health Sciences, and Information Technology that prepares students to successfully enter the workforce or college
  • The ProStart culinary arts program gives students the opportunity to earn national certification and articulation into collegiate culinary arts programs
  • The only Army and Marine Corp JROTC programs in the Quad Cities
