CS First Classroom Rewards for Professional Development

Thank you for your interest in attending a CS First professional development (PD) workshop! You can select the webinar that you'd like to attend here if you haven't already signed up.

This form should take about 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will be shared with the CS First team. You'll be asked to share a screenshot of your PD survey completion page. If you forgot to screenshot your survey PD completion page, you can also submit a screenshot of your email confirmation of your survey completion.

Please have that ready before starting the survey. If everything checks out after you fill out this form, you'll be emailed your $100 DonorsChoose gift code within two weeks.

Per our Terms of Use, teachers are expected to submit Classroom Reward responses representative of their own classroom students. A violation of this expectation is subject to action and review by DonorsChoose and may result in terminating your use of the site.
