With your help, we can build a diverse Dual-Language Classroom Library with a variety of book selections to support students’ biliteracy, multicultural awareness and global citizenship. Together, we can help students thrive! The classroom library resources will help all students to become competent through the development of literacy, academic and social skills both at school and at home. These resources will help create culturally sensitive content, engage families, develop bilingual abilities and support learning, all while empowering students! As a teacher, I will have the necessary resources to select a mentor text with academic, linguistic, cultural, global and social emotional responsiveness to provide students with rigorous learning experiences.
