I am a School Social Worker in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) with our county's Social Behavior Programs (SBP). I have been with Pasco County Schools in this role for two years! I strive to provide every student who comes to me a safe, welcoming environment where they feel supported and have the opportunity to develop new skills. My goal is to enable the children I work with to build critical skills in self-efficacy and emotional regulation to be successful in school and life. I help to identify, address, and overcome personal, family, school, and community barriers that impact children's learning so that students have the necessary tools to have positive learning experiences and develop appropriate coping skills.
