Technology is taking over our society. My students are raised in a world where they start learning to operate technology by the age of 2 years old. I would like to incorporate that knowledge into my teaching to help keep my students engaged and active in their own learning. Through the use of technology, I have access to more innovative and improved teaching methods that allow them to promote learning and create an active learning environment for children. I plan on allowing my students to use tablets to play interactive games, teach them how to navigate apps that are beneficial to creating projects. Technology helps to motivate students and allows them to learn and share their understanding in fun and unique ways. I want to create tech savvy students whom are prepared to tackle the world they will one day be leading.
