Technology, when used correctly, can support students' learning and help prepare for their future careers. Students will be engaged in applications and websites that supports and builds mathematics skills, focusing on problem solving. It's a great way to engage ALL students and support ALL learning styles and needs. This year, my classroom is filled with many students with special needs and interests. My students are eager to learn and working hard to develop digital citizenship skills. They try hard to be engaged and stay focused. Integrating technology with Chromebooks will be a fun way to practice how to be responsible and build perseverance. Technology transforms the learning experience and allows students to access up to date information and an incredible amount of new opportunity.
