My students love learning. They often struggle to see themselves in history, or understanding how to help a social cause they are passionate about. Our school has the bare minimum to carry out any technology or multi-media projects that could influence something they could be interested in high school. With the way technology is rapidly changing, it is important for me to combine the interests of my students with important topics. These cameras will be used by the students to record campaign videos, public service announcements and news episodes for the school to see. This class will help them see them selves in history and create projects that encourage citizenship and a passion for education in a creative way. Students love learning, but there is something wrong in the way schooling portrays that, media integration captures their interest, and these resources will help bring that to fruition.
