I teach 24 creative and active third graders in Alaska. We have a lot of fun as we work hard and learn. Many of my students come from low-income families and don't have opportunities to get out and explore our world. We try to fill that gap with rich experiences at school. Every new experience is an opportunity to research information, write about it, and present our finding in varied and creative ways.
