Our school is in a rapidly growing area. The population is increasing daily and our need for teachers, classrooms, and materials is booming. I am new to the district this year as is my classroom. I need to build my classroom supplies and materials since my class did not exist last year. We need a little bit of everything and a lot of some things! I support students with specific learning disabilities who attend general education classes the rest of the day. I support them in all of their academic course work as well as providing career education and study/test taking instruction. I need to have a wide variety of materials and resources in order to provide the support the students need to be successful in their regular education classes. We are learning many different subjects so we need many different resources. I hope to build a classroom where the students have ready access to everything they need.
