Guided reading is helping to make individualized lesson plans and one-on-one teaching a reality. These leveled readers will be used in my room during this vital teaching time. I will work with each student on their level to help meet their learning needs. My goal this year is to foster a love of reading in each student. While also strengthening and growing their reading abilities and reading fluency. These sets would also make it possible for me to send home for our distant learners to use. Every child needs to have books in their hands. It’s true that reading takes us on the greatest adventures, and we are all needing that right now!
