My students need these magnetic writing boards, word building games, magnetic letters and sight words, and graph paper to use and operate centers with. This will allow for individualized learning to take place while I pull a group of students also. The magentic blocks will promote teamwork and mathematical reasoning skills. My students have done without this year because Hurricane Harvery left our school with very little centers tools and toys. My students would use these writing boards in whole group instruction and in cooperative learning groups. These sight word magnets will be perfect for manipulating words and sentences. The letters and cvc games will allow students to build phonemic skills in cooperative groups. I am so excited to have the oppurtunity to get a few things that my class has done without this year.
