This project will help students meet their academic needs by providing them with a hands-on toolbox. Students are encouraged to innovate in order to solve solutions to real-world problems. Students will use littleBits to explore, experiment, and create. Students will be introduced to engineering by applying basic electrical concepts and coding simple circuits. They will begin with simple, fun lessons and then level-up to complete more advanced challenges. With littleBits, the kids will be given the opportunity to learn and apply math concepts to create mathematical inventions and scientific models. In this project, students will gain tech literacy through tinkering with inputs and outputs. They will develop the 21st Century Skills needed to survive in the current climate of the world today. By donating to this project, you are providing my students with real challenges, design thinking, self-expression and reflection exercises. Invention opportunities are endless through the use of littleBits. Students will see that the little things they create can make a big difference in our evolving world.
