Approximately 40% of our 1,510 students fall within the poverty index, yet we have a 96% attendance rate and a low drop-out rate of 2%. Our students need to learn the information and technology skills necessary to thrive in the 21st century, yet the dated technology available to students presents challenges for teachers. Teachers strive to provide students with educational experiences infused with technology, yet students must use computers with out-of-date operating systems that do not work with modern-day Chrome apps.

About my class
