My students, freshmen and sophomores, are from an urban setting and come to school for the community. We are in a small school that specializes in inclusion for students with social/emotional disabilities. Both the mainstream students and students with learning disabilities learn a great deal from each other. Also being a small school, you get to know each student individually and appreciate all that they bring to the classroom.
