As the new Intervention Center Coordinator, I will be supporting students who are removed from their classrooms for a variety of reasons for varying periods of time. I will not only be assisting them with their academics, but I will be facilitating their learning of coping skills, and helping them with their mindset. Getting this flexible seating will create a safe space for students who are struggling to maintain their emotions through out the day. Students will be able to better recover from an incident, complete work and get back to their regular classroom schedule more effectively.
