"Traditional teaching is something that is given to you. Personalized learning is something you seek." Your generous donations will create a comfortable, calming atmosphere that my students may not always experience in their own homes. My students need an environment that they feel safe and welcome in, in order for their minds and bodies to be ready to learn. As we steer away from the traditional style seating, students are able to choose where and how they learn. The carpet, pillows, organizer and more will serve the new group of students I will be teaching in the fall of 2016. As I move to a different school, furniture and other supplies are difficult to obtain out of my own pocket.
