If I had good quality dramatic play supplies, my children would be able to act out multiple situations to help them develop a deeper understanding of the world. K4 children learn through play and exploration, and having materials that imitate the real world will provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn. I could use this Pretend & Play Market with multiple themes for the dramatic play ranging from the traditional grocery store to hosting a hot chocolate stand for them to play with, too. Despite their trauma, my students want to learn, and having real lifelike items in the classroom will help my students stay engaged and excited about school.
