My students are first graders. They attend a Title One elementary school. A lot of them, believe it or not, already seem to have given up on education. They need to be inspired again. I am trying to do what a lot people feel is impossible if the parents don't do it. I do not believe them. I know that I can make a difference in the lives of these young people. They hug me a thousand times a day and tell me that I am the best teacher ever. I love them and they know that whatever happens I am there for them.
