My students are bright young men who happen to have intellectual disabilities and face challenges every day. Our classroom is full of a variety of different disabilities. However, one this is for sure. These students need to move or have a comfortable seat in order to help them be the best learners they can be. With something as simple as a laptop desk, my students will be able to sit on the floor and continue to work. With the colorful stools, my students will be able to sit and collaborate together without sitting in what they like to call "a boring desk". Students will also have the choice to sit on a yoga ball to get their wiggles out while they work (wiggle while you work). They also will have the opportunity to stand while they work or sit in a tall wiggle chair to work at the stand up desk.
