English Language Learners need to have many opportunities to improve academic development. Digital Cameras provide additional portable technology which would be used by students in Project Based Learning activities. Thus learning experiences become more tangible as by the use of technology students take ownership of learning experience more relevant to their world. Students shall be able to do digital snapshots as they come across things thank are relevant to what they learn in class while preparing to face the challenges of higher education and the workplace. In the end, they will be problem-solvers, empowered to take the skills and knowledge in their class to improve their lives and those of people around them.
