Flexible seating provides student agency. One of the missions of implementing Personalized Learning in the classroom is to create student agency. This is an environment where students feel comfortable and valued. My mission is to provide flexible seating to my students to accommodate their various learning styles and needs. While trying to accomplish this goal, I was met with financial hardships. My students should not have to go without due to this. My students enjoy sitting in various spaces around the classroom, as they work hard to reach their identified learning targets. Flexible seating will allow my students the opportunity to sit in more comfortable, suitable, places to ensure their success.

About my class
