My kindergarteners arrive at school with a "can do" attitude. They are full of wonder and are excited to learn. I want to give them every opportunity to be successful, we have great expectations for this year. Our school is in a small town in Arizona, it is a Title I school near a military base; most of our kiddos receive free or reduced meals. There is a backpack program that gives students food to eat over the weekend and other programs to support the families in our community. No matter what goes on in the rest of the world, I want my "love bugs" to know they always have a safe and healthy place at school.
