My students crave opportunities to do more science labs. They are kind, enthusiastic, and energetic students. They are involved in school activities and come into my room excited about what we're learning next. I have such an advantage in sparking their interests because of the nature of the subject. Science can be related to their everyday lives and it's amazing to see them make connections - especially when we do labs and hands-on activities. Our school does everything in our student's best interest. Our amazing leadership team is very supportive of the science department and allow us to integrate different types of technology and innovative lessons/ideas. Our science department is the epitome of collaboration and we work together to provide the best teaching possible for all of our students. It's not my students vs. another teacher's students - we are all in this together!
