The iPad would help my students greatly. This technology would increase student engagement and interest. The apps and Internet capabilities would allow my students to explore and learn. My students would mainly use the iPad in a small station or group. Students will use apps like Quizlet, podcasts, YouTube and several interactive science apps. My students could also use iMovie to make videos for projects like a stop motion video on Mitosis. iPads are the ultimate tool with infinite possibilities! My students need these iPads to document, gather & graph information, watch videos, complete interactive lab activities and reports to gather the maximum amount of information in each class. This will help them connect what they learn and apply it to what they need to know and use to help them in real life. Think of the things they will learn and how much they can grow as learners. It will prepare them for opportunities that await them. Give my students the opportunities to be great and succeed.
