These iPads will enhance student learning through online curriculum, educational games and life skills such as communication. Two of my students have difficulty with communication so they will be able to use the iPads to share ideas, participate in lessons and request needs. The students learn using an online curriculum through the use of interactive activities. iPads can be used as both Assistive Technology and instructional tools for kids with Autism. The protective covers will protect the iPads if dropped. Since each student will have their own iPad, it will be easier to prevent the spreading of germs and will be easy to clean. The iPads will be wiped down throughout the day to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
