These Chromebooks will allow my class and future classes to be one-to-one with technology. With the ever-changing world and increased need for students to be proficient with technology at a young age, it is important that I as their teacher set them up for success. This project will allow me to incorporate technology more fully into each day. By weaving technology into everyday activities, my students will be inspired to write narrative stories about their lives, research more specifically their specialty animal for the year, and explore their wonderings about the world through their Genius Hour projects. Having a limited amount of technology currently in my classroom holds us back from utilizing it to its fullest potential. Having a full classroom set of Chromebooks will empower my students to take technology into their own hands. They are so creative, and I know this will only enhance their learning.
