I am a kindergarten through 6th grade STEAM teacher. My STEAM students are excited and eager to learn. A typical day in the classroom includes hands-on learning experiences and full student engagement throughout the day. Most of my students are English Language Learners and come from low socioeconomic backgrounds; however, they come to school ready to learn and engage daily! I take pride in the engaging classroom environment my students and I have created and know it is through this engagement that students continue to grow and improve as learners.
