The flexible seating provides my kids with an opportunity to sit and read anywhere in the class. They get to choose their book of choice and I would like to provide them with choices of seating. The seats allow the kids a nice back support and gets them off the classroom floor. The seats also encourage cooperation and group work since these seats can and will be used in literacy stations. The groups rotate and can look forward to these seats as they recite poetry, read plays, or write in their journals. Thank you in advance for your partnership in providing flexible seating in my fourth grade reading classroom of forty-eight students.
