These materials will make a difference in our students' learning by allowing them to use their creativity to learn about spatial reasoning and planning skills to work collaboratively. These materials will help students tactfully learn and enhance math and science concepts that were only learned visually in the classroom. Math skills will be enhanced with the Magna Tiles as they support learning fractions, building patterns, shape puzzles, and simple addition sentences. Science skills will also introduce students to magnetic principles, force and motion, and electricity, all of which are STEM and important twenty-first century skills.

About my class
