This is the second year of the SEL program in my school district. When I arrived to the classroom it was empty of teaching materials. I am trying to build the same opportunity for my students as the rest of the students. In the SEL classroom we work a lot on social interactions one of the best ways to do this is with hands on activities. With the help of others we can build these students interactions to become successful as they grow. In our classroom we need lots of hands on activities and move from different activities often. We work hard at building relationships among them and their peers. Please consider helping build this new classroom and program to be a successful one. A lot of hard work has gone into this program and we are needing some help with getting some materials. Our classrooom is made up of 7 very active students. All with unique needs. We work with a wide range of ages and various needs.
