Each "workout in a bag" will give my students a choice in fitness workouts as well as sport specific workouts they can do at home during virtual learning days. As of now, each students bag include a jump rope and they will get to choose from soccer, football, volleyball and basketball. In the future, I'd love to add more! A majority of my students are stuck at home or apartment with very little equipment to use and play. The best part? They can include their families to join in and be active!
