I am very excited about using the SPARK curriculum with my PE classes. I just received the Early Childhood curriculum and would love to add the K-2 and the 3-6 curriculum. SPARK was created to involve all children, be highly active, incorporate school readiness skills, and develop more confident and competent movers. In a SPARK class, children participate in enjoyable, developmentally appropriate activities, many of which integrate with other subjects like reading, writing, math and wellness concepts such as trying new foods and being active at home with family members. These lessons are organized, user-friendly, and can be implemented effectively in the "real world."
