Giving tools to our kids so they can better understand the world around them and become problem solvers and critical thinkers! Kids love Science. They find it fascinating when we, science educators, explain the science behind everything, but just standing there in front of the classroom and explaining doesn't do justice to their curiosity. Our top priority should be using demonstrations and having kids use their knowledge to create deeper understanding of the concepts through firsthand experience of the latest technological devices. Using technological devices such as telescopes and 3-D printers increases student engagement. And it's through that, we can get our kids to think like a scientist!
