We live in IL. Our students come from 3 small towns and the surrounding area of small farms. There are many families whose parents commute into St. Louis or are part of the military at Scott Air Force Base. My students are 12 and 13 years old. They range from 3rd grade readers to 12th grade readers. They learn through visual, auditory, tactical, and kinesthetic lessons. They do not like to sit to learn. They need hands-on lessons to motivate them.
