My students need to come to me for an hour long lesson. They have dyslexia or a reading disability, so they spend an hour doing something really hard for them. They learn decoding, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and spelling skills. Many also have ADHD and cant keep their bodies still or attention focused. Help me get wobble chairs so my students can move their bodies in appropriate ways. I think that moving their bodies will help them focus on the lesson. At the end of class my students are often rewarded for their hard work in the form of stickers that they can turn in for a snack.
