My first graders are a diverse group of enthusiastic and motivated learners. I strive to provide positive, fun, and meaningful learning experiences that will impart a love of learning in my students. Fortunately, our school provides opportunities and rewards for students who reach their goals in the Accelerated Reader and First in Math programs. I recently introduced Accelerated Reader quizzes to some of the children and the entire class is anxiously awaiting their turn to learn how to take the quizzes. I am now ready to introduce First in Math, and I know from experience that the children will be eager to participate in that program also!
