My students will be able to have books of their own that have been written by them to keep at home. They will be able to see themselves as authors and illustrators. They will strive to continue being better writers as they continue to grasp the writing process. They will be able to increase their reading and writing skills as they continue publishing their writing during our school year. They will be able to share their writing with others and be able to offer encouragement and praise to their peers. They will finally be able to submit their writing to our county Young Authors Fair.
