Students will be able to connect their MIDI keyboards directly to their school laptop and start creating music. Once the keyboard is connected they will open up their designated music software and learn to create multitrack songs. Multitrack means several recordings of audio or MIDI. We will be learning the principles of music production. This includes learning to play basic chords, some simple music theory, learning about MIDI, music history, genres and much more. We will go over the role of each instrument and how to make all the instruments play in harmony to create catchy song.
