The world is filled with technology and students need to have the opportunity to learn how to use technology around them. Science students will benefit from these tablets because these tablets will allow the student to better interact with the world around them. Instead of just reading a thermometer, they will be able to actually adjust a thermometer to the proper temperature. We cannot afford microscopes for everyone, but these tablets will allow students to see things that they wouldn't be able to see without this technology. Students can better collaborate, and experience the world around them. I hope to build relationships with science classes outside of our school so that students can see different environments in which people live. Please help us grow into successful learners and collaborators.
