Students will have the opportunity to use hands-on technology to build reading skills. Four Smart Tabs would allow for a Technology center in my classroom. Using this technology will also assist in working on listening and speaking skills. Using paint to create letters in their names, environmental pictures, etc. would allow for my students to become more aware of their environment and display it through art. Students can create more imaginative and creative artwork while learning. Students, no matter the grade-level, love learning that is fun and meaningful. We have moved into a technological world and our teaching should reflect this change. I feel that, as teachers, it is our job to create these experiences.
