I teach a severely handicapped class in Oakland, CA. My students receive a well rounded education in Math, Language Arts, Science, History, and Life Skills. I often incorporate all of my lessons into their life skills lessons. Life skills lessons include, but are not limited to, community outings, via AC transit and BART, when we have the funding's, cooking classes and community gardening. We have a garden outside of my classroom in which we have planted a variety of edible plants which we cook during our cooking classes. My students and I truly look forward to hearing from all of you and appreciate your donations to our class. Thank you, Teacher Ms. Walters
