This year my personal goal for our elementary school is to focus on student voice and community. In an effort to engage the entire school in a conversation, I have created interactive bulletin boards for students. So far, the reaction from students has been overwhelmingly positive! My goal is to create hallways full of unique opportunities for students. I have "hidden" response boards in various locations of the school such as in different pods and in the library to keep students on their toes and excited for a new opportunity to connect with their fellow students. My hope is that these boards will help foster a love of school and learning by giving students something to look forward to every day. This project positively impacts every student in grades K through 5th which is over 700 students!
