Flexible seating will be able to help my kiddos stay more engaged and will allow them to take better ownership of their learning. I will be using tools to promote more group work and collaboration during the 2017-2018 school year so that they can continue to improve their skills. My students need supplies to make them more mobile in order to move about the room, school and campus grounds. I'm hoping that I will be able to present mathematics in a more interesting way for my students so that I can increase retention and exposure to real world mathematics. I've attended several professional development sessions on it, and I am looking to put this into practice for next school year. I have already introduced some concepts using an interactive approach and students want me to do more with it to increase their abilities.
