Children take great pleasure in listening to stories. My students need a listening center that provides them with the oppertunity to explore the world through books. Many of my students have never used a computer or tablet. This will give them vital experience with technology. This will help my students gain skills in reading, spelling as well as technology. I have saved Scholastic points to get the books on CD for my listening center. Students will use QR Codes to listen to books read my me online through Goggle Drive on iPads Mini. This will enable them to learn how to use tablets and create book recommendations on video for other students.
