Reading time at the 'CARPET' is the most favorite part of our school day. Reading inspires creativity, supports literacy, and reinforces valuable social skills. It also allows for meaningful conversations, which is a much needed skill for future years to come. The books selected for my project will be utilized during whole-group reading. This will allow me to provide my scholars with more opportunities to be able to relate to. I really want to instill in my scholars a love for reading, which can ultimately take them places they can only imagine going.

About my class
