My students need alternative seating in the classroom to help them find a space that works best for them. This includes wobble stools. To meet the needs of each student, the inclusion of flexible seating options will aid in further creating a student-centered learning environment that promotes ownership of behavioral and academic decisions, as well as fosters collaboration and builds community. I want my students to feel empowered by the opportunity to make their own decisions. The inclusion of wobble stools will not only allow my students to explore different forms of seating but also engage their brains and bodies in creative and productive ways.
