Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020-2021 school year is going to look very different than in years past. Our students live in Cleveland, Ohio, and because of the rising COVID-19 cases in the area, we will begin our school year engaging in distant learning. Our students are faced with many challenges, and one of those includes a lack of school supplies at home! If this project is fully funded, we will be able to supply every child in our classrooms with school supplies to use at home! These distant-learning school supply kits would include pencils, sharpeners, erasers, crayons, scissors, glue sticks, folders, index cards, and writing notebooks! These school supplies will greatly help students be able to complete their learning assignments and activities at home with basic supplies they normally would not have access to, which ensures that every student has fair access to basic supplies in their homes that they normally would have in the classroom. We need all the help we can get in order to make this dream happen for our students! Thank you for considering to make a difference in our students' lives!
