Our school is small and has very limited funding for science resources. We are a successful Charter School in New Mexico. Our students live in a rural community and are beginning to lose touch with their natural surroundings. We live in a high poverty tri-cultural area with no opportunities to visit museums or to participate in natural science activities outside of school. Our students are interested in the natural world but have limited knowledge and need resources to explore the natural world at a micro level.
