I teach at a wonderful urban school, where the student body is very diverse. My students come from many different ethnic and religious backgrounds, however, they all come disadvantaged hard-working households. Many are from single parent homes but they are all super talented, kind, intelligent and vivacious. I believe that a person's socioeconomic status should not be an obstacle towards gaining a quality education. I believe in bringing the best that I have to offer or myself and in educational strategies to these bright minds who will be running our world in the next generation. Please help me light the minds of the future leaders of tomorrow, because they are in my classroom!
